REGULAMIN SKLEPU
1. Informacje ogólne
Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze sklepu internetowego fastbox.one oraz składania zamówień przez konsumentów i przedsiębiorców.

2. Definicje
Konsument – osoba fizyczna dokonująca zakupu niezwiązanego z działalnością gospodarczą.
Przedsiębiorca – podmiot dokonujący zakupu w ramach działalności gospodarczej.
3. Charakter produktów
Mogą występować:
- niewielkie różnice wizualne
- tolerancje produkcyjne
- różnice kolorystyczne wynikające z ustawień ekranu
Różnice te nie stanowią wady produktu, o ile mieszczą się w normalnych tolerancjach produkcyjnych i nie wpływają istotnie na funkcjonalność produktu.
4. Zawarcie umowy
Informacje prezentowane w sklepie stanowią zaproszenie do zawarcia umowy.
Klient składa zamówienie poprzez formularz dostępny na stronie.
Umowa zostaje zawarta z chwilą potwierdzenia zamówienia przez Sprzedawcę lub wysyłki towaru.
5. Ceny i płatności
Wszystkie ceny są cenami brutto (z VAT, jeśli dotyczy).
Koszty dostawy są wskazane w procesie zamówienia.
Płatność następuje z góry.
6. Realizacja zamówienia i dostawa
Produkty są wytwarzane po złożeniu zamówienia.
Czas realizacji obejmuje produkcję oraz dostawę i ma charakter orientacyjny.
Towary dostarczane są na adres wskazany przez Klienta.
W przypadku opóźnień Klient zostanie poinformowany.
W przypadku konsumentów ryzyko przypadkowej utraty lub uszkodzenia towaru przechodzi na Klienta z chwilą fizycznego wydania towaru Klientowi.
7. Prawo odstąpienia (konsumenci)
Konsument ma prawo odstąpić od umowy w terminie 14 dni bez podania przyczyny.
Termin do odstąpienia od umowy wygasa po upływie 14 dni od dnia, w którym Konsument wszedł w posiadanie towaru lub w którym osoba trzecia inna niż przewoźnik i wskazana przez Konsumenta weszła w posiadanie towaru.
Aby skorzystać z prawa odstąpienia, Konsument musi poinformować Sprzedawcę o swojej decyzji w drodze jednoznacznego oświadczenia (np. e-mail): info@fastbox.one

Konsument jest zobowiązany zwrócić towar niezwłocznie, nie później niż 14 dni od dnia odstąpienia od umowy.
Konsument ponosi bezpośrednie koszty zwrotu towaru.
Sprzedawca zwraca wszystkie otrzymane płatności, w tym koszty dostawy (z wyjątkiem dodatkowych kosztów wynikających z wyboru innego sposobu dostawy niż najtańszy zwykły sposób oferowany przez Sprzedawcę), nie później niż 14 dni od dnia otrzymania oświadczenia o odstąpieniu od umowy, z zastrzeżeniem, że Sprzedawca może wstrzymać się ze zwrotem płatności do czasu otrzymania towaru lub dostarczenia dowodu jego odesłania.
8. Reklamacje i odpowiedzialność
Sprzedawca ponosi odpowiedzialność za zgodność towaru z umową zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
W przypadku niezgodności towaru z umową Konsument ma prawo do naprawy lub wymiany.
Jeżeli naprawa lub wymiana są niemożliwe lub wymagają nadmiernych kosztów, Konsument może żądać obniżenia ceny lub odstąpić od umowy.

Nie stanowią wady w rozumieniu przepisów, o ile nie wpływają na zgodność towaru z umową:
- niewielkie odchylenia produkcyjne
- różnice wizualne wynikające z technologii produkcji
- różnice kolorystyczne
W przypadku uzasadnionej reklamacji sprzedawca może w pierwszej kolejności zaproponować naprawę lub wymianę.
Postanowienia niniejszego regulaminu nie wyłączają ani nie ograniczają praw konsumenta.
9. Odpowiedzialność
Sprzedawca ponosi odpowiedzialność zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem.
W przypadku przedsiębiorców odpowiedzialność sprzedawcy ogranicza się do wartości zamówienia z wyłączeniem szkód umyślnych i nie obejmuje utraconych korzyści.
10. Zwroty i korzystanie z produktu
Produkt powinien zostać zwrócony w stanie niepogorszonym.
Konsument ponosi odpowiedzialność za zmniejszenie wartości rzeczy wynikające z korzystania wykraczającego poza konieczny zakres sprawdzenia produktu.
Sprzedawca ma prawo odpowiednio zmniejszyć kwotę zwrotu.
11. Własność towaru
Towar pozostaje własnością sprzedawcy do momentu pełnej zapłaty.
12. Siła wyższa
Sprzedawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za opóźnienia w realizacji zamówień wynikające z zdarzeń siły wyższej, przez które rozumie się zdarzenia zewnętrzne, niezależne od woli Stron, niemożliwe do przewidzenia lub zapobieżenia w normalnym toku działalności, w szczególności:
- Klęski żywiołowe (powodzie, pożary, trzęsienia ziemi).
- Działania wojenne, terroryzm, zamieszki lub embarga.
- Decyzje organów władzy publicznej (np. zakaz eksportu, zamknięcie granic).
- Epidemie lub pandemie uznane przez właściwe organy.
Za siłę wyższą nie uznaje się: opóźnień dostawców komponentów, problemów produkcyjnych wynikających z działalności Sprzedawcy ani trudności finansowych Sprzedawcy. W przypadku siły wyższej Sprzedawca niezwłocznie informuje Klienta, a czas realizacji zostaje przedłużony o okres trwania przeszkody.
13. Rozwiązywanie sporów
Konsument może skorzystać z platformy ODR:

Sądem właściwym jest sąd zgodny z przepisami prawa.
14. Zmiany regulaminu
Zmiany nie wpływają na wcześniej zawarte umowy.

2. Definitions
Consumer – a natural person acting outside their business activity.
Business customer – acting within their business activity.
3. Nature of products
There may occur:
- minor visual differences
- manufacturing tolerances
- color differences resulting from screen settings
These differences do not constitute a product defect, provided they fall within normal manufacturing tolerances and do not significantly affect the product’s functionality.
4. Contract conclusion
The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded upon order confirmation or dispatch of the goods.
5. Prices and payment
All prices include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
6. Production and delivery
Products are manufactured after the order is placed.
The delivery time includes production and shipping and is indicative.
Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
In case of delays, the Customer will be informed.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer at the moment of physical delivery of the goods to the Customer.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email): info@fastbox.one

The customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed the seller of the withdrawal.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The seller shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the seller is informed about the withdrawal, provided that the seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
8. Returns and condition
Goods must be returned in an undamaged condition.
The consumer is liable for diminished value resulting from use beyond necessary inspection.
The seller may reduce the refund accordingly.
9. Complaints and liability
The seller is liable for lack of conformity of goods in accordance with applicable law.
In case of non-conformity, the consumer is entitled to repair or replacement.
If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, the consumer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
Complaints may be submitted via email.
The following do not constitute a defect within the meaning of the regulations, provided they do not affect conformity with the contract:
- minor manufacturing deviations
- visual differences resulting from production technology
- color variations
In the event of a justified complaint, the seller may first offer repair or replacement.
The provisions of these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the consumer’s rights.
10. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law.
In the case of entrepreneurs (business customers), the seller’s liability is limited to the value of the order, excluding intentional damages, and does not include lost profits.
11. Retention of title
Goods remain the property of the seller until fully paid.
12. Force majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for delays in order fulfilment resulting from force majeure events, understood as external events beyond the Parties’ control that are unforeseeable or unavoidable in the normal course of business, in particular:
- Natural disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes).
- Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or embargoes.
- Decisions of public authorities (e.g. export bans, border closures).
- Epidemics or pandemics declared by competent authorities.
The following are NOT considered force majeure: supplier component delays, production issues arising from the Seller’s own operations, or the Seller’s financial difficulties. In the event of force majeure, the Seller will promptly notify the Customer and the fulfilment deadline will be extended by the duration of the impediment.

14. Amendments
Changes do not affect existing contracts.
